Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM) and Property Perfect signed a loan agreement to provide credit worth 7.5 billion yen to finance the company’s Yu Kiroro condominium project, the first ski-in and -out condominium at the Kiroro Resort, Hokkaido.
